Free wedding spreadsheets

Six working Excel / Google Sheets files. No email, no sign-up, no trial — the download link is just a link.

Confetti · Updated September 2026

Nearly every “free” wedding spreadsheet costs you an email address, and a good number of them turn out to be a printable grid with no formulas in it at all. These are neither. Every file below calculates: totals, balances, percentages, meal counts and due dates all update as you type. Take one, take all six, and close the tab.

What order to use them in

These are models, not printables. A printable checklist tells you “9–11 months before” and leaves you doing date arithmetic thirty-five times. A model does it for you and keeps doing it when your date moves. That’s the whole difference, and it’s why every one of these has real formulas in it.

Prefer not to download anything?

Everything here also exists as a browser tool that stores nothing on a server: the budget planner, the guest list tracker, the planning timeline, and the RSVP calculator for working out how many people will actually come.

Common questions

Really no email?

Really. There’s no form on this site at all.

Will they work in Google Sheets?

Yes — File → Import → Upload and the formulas, drop-downs and filters carry across.

Can I edit them?

They’re your files. Rename categories, delete what doesn’t apply, add your own rows. The only cells worth leaving alone are the ones marked as formulas.

Is anything I type sent anywhere?

No. They’re files on your computer, and the browser tools keep everything on your device.

Planning a kids’ birthday instead? Sparkler does the same thing for party budgets.

Want all six in one connected file?

The free sheets don’t know about each other. The Complete Wedding Planner Workbook is the same tools built as one workbook, where changing the guest list moves the budget, the meal counts and the seating with it. $19, one file. Checkout is not open yet — you can reserve a copy with no payment.
