How do I keep a wedding guest list organized?

Put every household on one line, record how many people that invitation covers, and track their RSVP, meal choice, table assignment and any notes. That's exactly what caterers, venues and stationers ask for — and it stops the "wait, is Aunt Sara coming?" problem when you're a week out.

How many people should you invite?

If you're still building the list, the RSVP calculator estimates how many will actually attend — or how many invitations to send to fill a given number of seats.

Would you rather use a spreadsheet?

If you'd sooner keep the list in Excel or Google Sheets — easier to share with a partner or a planner — there's a free wedding guest list template with the same RSVP and meal tracking, plus automatic caterer meal counts and per-table seat totals. No email required.

How do I export my list for the caterer or venue?

Click Export as CSV. That file opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, and every venue and caterer accepts it. Nothing you type is ever uploaded — the list lives only on your device until you choose to share it.
