What “connected” actually means

Your headcount is real, not typed. Mark households as attending and the workbook counts people — a couple with two children is four guests, not one row. Almost every planner spreadsheet gets this wrong.
Cost per guest follows your confirmed count, not a number you entered in January and never revisited.
Meal counts for your caterer come straight off the RSVPs, counting only guests who said yes — the number you’re actually billed for.

What if my wedding is unusual?

Rename categories, delete tabs you don’t need, add your own rows. It’s a spreadsheet, not an app — nothing is locked.

Why is everything else free?
