Confettiwedding tools

The complete wedding planner workbook

Seven free spreadsheets that don’t know about each other — or one workbook where they all do.

Confetti · $19 · one file, yours forever

Everything else on this site is free, and it stays free. But separate files have a real limit: your guest list can’t tell your budget how many people are actually coming, and your budget can’t tell your caterer how many will eat the fish. You end up retyping the same numbers into three places and hoping they still agree in April.

This is the same set of tools built as one connected workbook. Change your guest list and the cost per guest, the meal counts and the table seats all move with it.

The Complete Wedding Planner Workbook

Six connected tabs · Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers · yours forever, no subscription

Checkout is not open yet. Reserve a copy at $19 — nothing is charged now and there is no obligation. You get one email when it is ready, and nothing else.

The complete workbook: a guest list with party sizes and RSVPs feeding a dashboard that shows 15 confirmed guests and $2,000 cost per guest, caterer meal counts of four chicken, nine beef, one fish and one vegetarian totalling exactly fifteen, and seating that counts six seats at table one rather than two rows.
Fill in the guest list; the headcount, cost per guest, meal counts and seating all follow.

What “connected” actually means

Should you just use the free ones? Honestly — if you’re having a small wedding and don’t mind retyping a few numbers, yes. Take them, they’re genuinely complete and there’s no catch. This workbook earns its $19 when your guest list keeps changing and you’re tired of three files disagreeing with each other.

Fair questions

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment, one file, yours forever. There is no account and nothing to cancel.

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes — import the .xlsx and the formulas carry across. It also opens in Excel, Numbers and LibreOffice.

What if my wedding is unusual?

Rename categories, delete tabs you don’t need, add your own rows. It’s a spreadsheet, not an app — nothing is locked.

Why is everything else free?

Because the free tools are genuinely useful on their own, and we’d rather you trust them than be nagged for an email address. If you never buy anything, that’s a fine outcome.

Not ready? Take the seven free spreadsheets instead — no email, no catch.
