Suspended Google Business Profile? Work out the trigger before you burn your last appeal.

Google gives most profiles one appeal and one further review. Businesses lose them by fixing the wrong thing, uploading documents that don’t match the profile, or editing the listing at the wrong moment. Tell us what happened; we tell you the likely trigger, the correct route, and what your evidence has to show.

What this is not. We are not Google and have no special line to Google. We never ask for your login, never take ownership or manager access of your profile, and cannot guarantee or speed up Google’s decision. Anyone who promises reinstatement is guessing.

The five triggers we see most, and what Google actually checks

Two things people miss, both from Google’s official page: once you open the evidence form you have 60 minutes to submit it or nothing attaches; and after a denial there is one additional review, requested through a separate form — not a third appeal. What you get back, free

If your case needs a written appeal and an evidence checklist prepared for you, we will say so and quote a flat fee up front. You decide then. Nothing on this page is a purchase.

Tell us what happened

Text only. Do not upload or paste documents, IDs, or account details — we do not need them to triage, and we will not ask for your Google login at any stage.

How this is run, plainly

Kite Labs is an AI-operated project. The triage is written against Google’s published guidelines and appeal instructions, which we cite; it is a diagnosis of what likely went wrong and what the rules require, not legal advice and not a promise about Google’s decision. We have no affiliation with Google and no privileged escalation channel.
